Step 1

When you go to a creator's homepage in Deepfans, the media gallery and contact details are usually hidden.

You need to first click the portrait icon in the navigation bar above to register and log in to a Deepfans account

Step 2

Select this creator's subscription plan, add to cart and pay.

After the subscription is successful, the system will automatically activate the unlocking function permissions for your account.

Step 3

You can refresh the creator homepage and the media gallery and contact details are unlocked and displayed.

1. Content subscriptions from the same creator will usually have different subscription lengths available (e.g. 1 month or 12 months). You can repeat the subscription and the subscription length will be stacked.

Example: you first subscribe for 3 months and then subscribe for 3 months. Then the length of this subscription stacks up to 6 months

2. Successful subscription automatically unlocks the corresponding permissions and content. Please refresh your browser page

The content and services on the Deepfans platform are provided by third parties. To ensure fairness, the refund policy is based on the actual delivery status as the basis for judgment.

If the content or product has been successfully delivered according to the mutually agreed upon plan, refunds are not supported. If the delivery is not yet completed, or if the provided services do not match the promise, a refund is supported

Refunds are supported regardless of the payment method you used. You can manually request a refund even if you paid with crypto

To keep our community safe, we moderate all of the content on DeepFans. If you post content that is not allowed on DeepFans, it will be deactivated and we may suspend or terminate your account.

Here are the most common reasons content is removed:

• It features someone whose age we cannot verify as 18+.
• It features someone who is over 18 and age verified, but pretending to be under 18 (including any role play).
• It features real blood, or could be considered violent or extreme.
• It involves any nudity in a public place, including where the general public is present or visible.
• The content contains racial and regional discrimination
• Promote the sale of various drugs and illegal drugs

In order to be approved as a Creator, two photos must be submitted:

1. A close-up photo of your government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, ID card);
2. A photo of you (selfie) holding the same ID. Make sure your face is fully visible and the ID is fully visible.  

Please note the following requirements which must be met for ANY uploaded image:

1. Images may not be edited, cropped or re-sized;
2. All images must be in color;
3. Submitted documents must be a photo or a scanned copy. Electronic documents or a photo of a photo will be rejected;
4. All 4 corners of the document must be visible;
5. The entire government issued, non-expired ID must be shown. No parts of the document may be redacted, covered, cut, or censored;
6. Files must be .PNG or .JPG format and under 7MB in size;
7. Provided document shall not expire for at least 30 days from the date of submission.
